Lemuel

Exercise Physiologist

Lemuel is passionate about everything related to sports and physical activity. A self – proclaimed adrenaline junkie, he started racing in 2005 and has represented Singapore in races like the Asian Cycling Championships and Tour de Langkawi, and raced professionally in the UCI AsiaTour circuit.

Farrah

CLINICAL EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Farrah is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, obtaining her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane. She has worked in the rehabilitative and healthcare scene since 2015, both in Australia and Singapore. Particular interests lie in exercise interventions for chronic disease, metabolic disorders, neurological conditions and chronic pain. She believes that preventive healthcare is paramount for optimal living and disease risk mitigation.

Hung Yong

Cardiac rehab specialist

Hung Yong has been working as a physiotherapist since 2001. He did his undergraduate physiotherapy training at Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore. He went on to further his professional studies with University of Sydney and Imperial College London. His area of interest lies in exercise therapy and preventive cardiology.

Training is an art, shaped by heaps of science. It’s never easy to get it right but who gets challenged by easy? The one day it comes together, it’ll be a masterpiece to behold. Good pain is worth its while.
