Lemuel is passionate about everything related to sports and physical activity. A self – proclaimed adrenaline junkie, he started racing in 2005 and has represented Singapore in races like the Asian Cycling Championships and Tour de Langkawi, and raced professionally in the UCI AsiaTour circuit.
Eleanor is hugely passionate about teaching and empowering clients to exercise, eat and live well to optimize their health. She strongly believes that prevention is the best cure, and that fitness and lifestyle coaching needs to be an integral part of health care.
Ming Fong has 22 years of clinical experience working as a physiotherapist. Ming Fong did her undergraduate physiotherapy training at the Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore. She went on to further her professional studies with University of Sydney and University College London.
Jaden spent 9 enriching years in local government and private hospitals. Through the years, Jaden has been involved with the provision of physiotherapy for many local sports teams and events, such as the National Football Academy, Singapore Beach Volleyball National Team, local netball clubs, and rugby tournaments.
Samantha has been working as a physiotherapist since 2011 and began to develop strong interest in cardiopulmonary care after 2 years. She was then heavily involved in ICU care and outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation but quickly realized that many of the case could actually have been prevented if intervened appropriately and timely.
Beverly is a Singaporean Counselling Psychologist with a Masters in Applied Psychology from National Institute of Education-Nanyang Technological University (NIE-NTU) and Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) from National University of Singapore (NUS). She is a registered psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
Joseph has 9 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist. He spent the first 7 years at Changi General Hospital where he trained under various disciplines such as orthopaedic, cardiac, respiratory and geriatric care. He eventually became a mentor and clinical supervisor in his special interest area: Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy.
