Lemuel is passionate about everything related to sports and physical activity. A self – proclaimed adrenaline junkie, he started racing in 2005 and has represented Singapore in races like the Asian Cycling Championships and Tour de Langkawi, and raced professionally in the UCI AsiaTour circuit for OCBC Pro Continental Cycling Team. He spent his cycling career not just as a rider, but has also been in constant pursuit of methods and ways to improve human performance by dedicating time in the field of Sports Science, applying those lessons to his own training. He was crowned the 2011 National Road Champion whilst under formal education, proving that hard work, combined with smart training does pay off.

Lemuel graduated with a Diploma and Bachelors degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences (Republic Polytechnic, National Technological University of Singapore and is also a NROC – registered coach, working with cyclists and triathletes of all levels. With experience in the likes of Singapore Sports Institute and Changi Sports and Medicine Centre, he believes that the best way to achieve a sustainable active, and healthy lifestyle is through a holistic approach and that the whole is more than the sum of its parts.
