Health coaching provides a structured, patient - oriented approach to improving an individual's health. Each coaching session aims to help individuals discover their goals and provide guidance towards attaining them. This is done by developing sustainable lifestyle habits and ultimately gaining self - confidence in making the right health choices in everyday life. 

These sessions may be done in a personal or group setting, and are structured to include components such as exercise prescription and guidance, nutrition strategies, and lifestyle management. 

What does the programme consist of?

You may be referred to this programme by your doctor or other healthcare professionals. However, it is important for us that we speak to you regarding your needs as this will allow us to craft out a personalised programme that will include sessions to enable you to reach your desired goal in an effective and safe manner. 

We also work collaboratively with your clinicians to understand your health conditions and design a fitness and lifestyle program that is not just suitable for you, but also enables you to attain your health goals.

We use our 5-Key System to help you create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle and attain your goals effectively. We will coach you to develop these 5 habits to ensure you attain lasting weight loss and good health:

  1. Right exercise
  2. Walk often
  3. Eat right
  4. Relax daily
  5. Sleep well

You will go through a customized exercise program that combines aerobic and resistance exercises, and learn how to perform them safely and effectively with guidance from our clinical health coach.

We want to empower you with the right knowledge and skills so you can confidently and consistently do the right exercises to continue to lose weight and improve your health. Risk assessment and fitness evaluation will be conducted on the first session. 

The quality of food you put into your body has a direct impact and cumulative effect on your overall long-term health. Life is all about balance and because each of us are uniquely different, a generalized set of recommendations will not work for everyone.

You will learn how to eat healthy using a personalised approach based on your health condition, lifestyle and personal preferences.

Stress is a common experience but when stress becomes long-term or chronic, it affects health and well-being. Our clinical  health coach can work with you to manage stress effectively. You will learn how to use practical strategies like breathing to manage your physical and mental stress better.

Follow-up care is crucial to ensure that you are equipped with the right knowledge and skills to confidently and consistenly be able to do the right things to lead a healthy lifestyle. Learning how to integrate the right habits will help to maintain a sustainable lifestyle to improve health outcomes and slow down disease progression. 

Am I suitable for this program? 

Individuals who needs help to kickstart their healthy lifestyle with guidance from our clinical health coach. A Doctor's referral is not needed.

How is this program run?
