You're suited for:
Lactate Threshold Test

This test is perfect for individuals who participate in any form of endurance sports and intend to improve their performance by training smarter and more systematically.

The Lactate Threshold Test is a measurement of the body’s blood lactate response to exercise in conjunction with heart rate, oxygen consumption and intensity.

Upon completion of the test, your results will then be analysed and our exercise physiologists will be able to:

• Identify your metabolic weaknesses

• Establish your aerobic and lactate thresholds

• Generate personalised and precise training zones (speed/power/heart rate)

• Provide training recommendations

• Track your personal progression

You're suited for:
VO2 Max Test

The test is not just for the incredibly active but for people who are currently moderately active but wish to step up their game in fitness

The Maximal Oxygen Capacity Test, also known as VO2max test, measures the maximal amount of oxygen that you can utilize for your working muscles. The body’s ability to perform hugely depends on the amount of oxygen you can take in and use effectively for energy production.

Upon completion of the test, your results will then be analysed and our exercise physiologists will be able to:

• Assess your current fitness level

• Establish personalise and precise training zones (speed/power/heart rate)

• Provide training recommendations

• Track your personal progression

Power Profile Test

The test is perfect for cyclists who are interested in maximizing their potential on the bike and improving racing performance.

Power has been the best measure of performance in the cycling realm as it provides a very objective measure of work output. By quantifying your Power Profile, the test allows us to identify your strengths and weaknesses as a rider and also to track changes as the racing season progresses.

Upon completion of the test, your results will then be analysed and our exercise physiologists will be able to:

• Determine your strengths and weaknesses as a rider

• Assess your aerobic and anaerobic qualities

• Provide training recommendations

• Track your personal progression

You're suited for:
Metabolic Efficiency Test

This test is perfect for individuals who participate in any form of endurance spots and wish to improve their race nutrition plan and fueling strategies.

The Metabolic Efficiency Test measures the amount of calories, carbohydrates, and fats that you use at various intensities. An individual who is metabolically efficient is one who is able to use fats as fuel predominantly even at higher exercise intensities, thereby preserving precious carbohydrate stores for very-high intensity efforts that can make-or-break your race.

Upon completion of the test, your results will then be analysed and our exercise physiologists will be able to:

  • Assess your metabolic efficiency

  • Identify your current fat – burning zone

  • Measure the amount of calories, carbohydrate, and fat that you burn at various intensity levels

  • Provide training and racing nutrition strategies/recommendations based on your goals

  • Track your personal progression

You will also be given a report at the end of the test.
